Job Description: 

• Plan to build and find potential customers
• Develop and implement personal business plans, ensure completion of business targets, develop customers in line with assigned plans and goals.
• Analyze customer financial needs: Extract information, analyze and evaluate products/services customers are using to fully understand customers' financial needs.
• Implement sales activities, consult products to customers daily
• Update customers with information about new features, benefits of products and services, policies and regulations affecting customers' rights and information about market changes and trends.
• Record & respond to customer feedback on products and services and propose solutions to improve service quality standards for customers
• Actively participate and support the organization of events and workshops organized by the company and partners.
• Daily sales activity report

Job requirements: 

• Graduated from Economics, Finance or related fields
• Age 25 – 35 years old
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, banking, securities, real estate with job positions such as sales specialist, investment consultant, personal customer specialist
• Good looking, good sales communication skills, relationship building
• Have good negotiation, persuasion, comment and judgment skills

Have an advantage when you:

• Love technology and have knowledge of digital technology such as Blockchain, NFT,...
• Experience in handling priority customer department of bank, securities
• Understand local businesses and individual customers
• Proficient in English
