June 16, 2024 - The final round of the "Potential Startup Project" competition for students of Can Tho University Extension in 2024 took place at Turtle Hall of Can Tho University, Area II, 3/2 Street, Xuan Khanh Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City.
The “Potential Startup Project” competition at Can Tho University has been organized and developed since 2019, and has created many new projects and ideas from students in the school. This is an important part in developing the Innovation and Startup ecosystem in the Mekong Delta region.
FUNDGO Innovative Startup Investment Fund is extremely honored to accompany the competition. Representative of FUNDGO Fund – Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong – Director of the Fund Management Company also participated in the jury in the final round of this competition.
This year, with the theme “Digital transformation for sustainable development”, the competition focuses on projects applying digital transformation and automation towards sustainable development. Candidates are encouraged to create new business models, products and technologies based on digital platforms, to solve real-life problems in society.
The startup competition attracted more than 30 projects in many fields, with 11 finalists having the opportunity to be introduced to participate in investor connection activities, incubation and participate in international exchange playgrounds in Indonesia and Taiwan of the Network of Universities Supporting Startup Incubation in September and October 2024.

FUNDGO would like to congratulate the teams and the Fund believes that the contestants' startup projects will continue to grow strongly, contributing positively to the socio-economic development of the region and the whole country.
