Job Description

Post on social media channels in the correct format.
Manage and develop social networking sites.
Monitor and respond to customer questions and feedback on social channels.
Update and apply new knowledge and trends in social media marketing to improve work efficiency.

Job Requirements

College degree or higher.
Have experience working in a similar position.
Have knowledge of managing social media channels, know how to use hashtags.
Good English reading and writing skills.
Dynamic, proactive at work, proposing creative ideas.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Have a high sense of responsibility at work.
