FundGo Creative Startup Investment Fund is recruiting Account Executive for Madiad Trading Service Company Limited.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Be the primary point of contact with customers;
Negotiate with customers and coordinate with relevant departments for handling;
Monitor project completion progress after closing the contract with the customer;
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, providing optimal solutions;
Report project progress weekly and any issues that arise;
Perform other tasks as required by superiors;
Support other departments as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related majors;
Minimum 01 - 02 years of experience in the position of Account Manager, Account Executive or similar positions;
Able to communicate well in English;
Have knowledge in the field of communication;
Have skills in negotiation, presentation, building and maintaining relationships with customers, planning, analyzing and handling situations;
Ability to organize, assign work, ensure deadlines, be organized, and work under high pressure when working on multiple projects at the same time;
Ability to work independently and work well in a team.

INTEREST

Basic salary: negotiable during interview;
Income includes: basic salary + bonus (if any);
Salary increase 02 times/year, based on work performance;
Annual leave: 12 days/year; holidays and Tet according to law;
Participate in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance according to the law;
Have the opportunity to meet and interact with experts at events and seminars;
Have the opportunity to learn more knowledge in new fields and receive specialized training to develop personal capacity;
