Article 5 of the 2022 Cinema Law established the legal foundation for the State's policy on the development of cinema and the film industry. Specifically, paragraph 4, in which the state not only encourages but also promotes organizations and individuals to participate in many important activities, especially in the production, distribution and dissemination of films.
According to the regulations, FUNDGO will not only invest in film production but also focus on promoting and developing cinema.
This means that the fund will contribute to increasing the appeal and accessibility of cinema works to a wide audience, while promoting international activities, scientific research, technology transfer and providing digital services to promote the comprehensive development of this industry.
In addition, FUNDGO is also committed to providing financial support to businesses and individuals in the film industry through the provision of financial services, credit, guarantees, intellectual property mortgages and insurance products, helping to create a stable financial environment, thereby encouraging innovation and creativity in the production and development of film content.
In addition, FUNDGO is also consistent with the State's policy in supporting charitable activities related to cinema. Funding projects as well as the cinema development support fund established by organizations and individuals is an important part of the social commitment, supporting the diversity and sustainable development of the cinema industry.
Thus, FUNDGO is not only an important financial resource but also a key partner in promoting development and innovation in the film industry, responding positively to national policies and contributing to building a strong and growing film community.
