On February 20, 2025, the program "Applying Legal Knowledge in Investment, Startup and Innovation" took place successfully at the FUNDGO Danang Headquarters.
The program is organized by FUNDGO Da Nang Fund in collaboration with the Da Nang Center for Supporting Innovative Startups, DNES - Da Nang Business Incubator, FUNDGO LAW Company Limited and Investpush Law Company Limited, aiming to help businesses and investors grasp important legal knowledge for their startup journey.
The event was attended by the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang City, professional companion units, universities and colleges of Da Nang City, as well as businesses, investors and individuals involved in the field of startups and innovation.
The program brings two important topics shared by speakers and experts in the legal field:
Topic 1 – “Application of Investment Law & Innovative Startups” was shared by Lawyer Dao Tien Phong – Director of Investpush Law Firm LLC. The topic provides an overview of investment law in Vietnam, clarifies forms of investment incentives, basic issues of corporate law, and important notes in raising capital. At the same time, shares about tax policies for businesses, innovative startups and methods of resolving business disputes.
Topic 2 – “Legal framework on digital assets in Vietnam and resolutions on preferential support for specific startups in Da Nang” was shared by Expert Nguyen Thi Kha Ai – Director of FUNDGO LAW LLC. The topic clarified legal regulations related to digital assets, opportunities and challenges that businesses may encounter when participating in this field.
Following the Q&A Talk Show, where experts discuss in depth the topics covered and also provide an opportunity to discuss and answer legal questions for startups.
Through this legal program, startups have the opportunity to meet, exchange, connect with potential partners, share and learn together, create practical values for the startup community in Da Nang in particular and the whole country in general, contributing to more effective and sustainable operations in the innovative startup environment.
