On the morning of November 5 in Da Nang city, FUNDGO Creative Startup Investment Fund - Da Nang Office attended the Workshop "Transforming the fund management mechanism according to the venture capital fund model", organized by the Center for Supporting Innovative Startups (Department of Science & Technology of Da Nang) in coordination with the Agency for Startups and Technology Enterprises (Ministry of Science & Technology) and the National Center for Supporting Innovative Startups.
The event brought together representatives of management agencies, experts, investment funds and startups to discuss Decree 264/2025/ND-CP - a new legal corridor for the development of the venture capital fund model in Vietnam.
Within the framework of the program, representatives of FUNDGO Da Nang presented a paper on the fund's operating model and practical experience in investing in innovative startups, and discussed with other parties the coordination mechanism between the State - Investment Fund - Startup Enterprises, aiming to perfect the venture investment mechanism suitable to local characteristics.
The discussion session “Transforming the fund management mechanism according to the venture capital fund model” recorded many positive opinions on the potential for developing a local fund model in Da Nang, emphasizing the importance of diversifying investment forms, connecting resources and accepting controlled risks.
