Seminar: “Information Security in Digital Transformation"

On August 12, 2022, Can Tho Science and Technology Application Center cooperated with Cyber SSI Joint Stock Company to successfully organize the seminar "Information Security in Digital Transformation". The event attracted the participation of leading experts in the field of information technology and digital transformation.

Currently, in the age of digital transformation, ICT platforms (IoT, AI, cloud, etc.) are serving as a launching pad for the digitization and intelligentization processes. However, prior to the explosion of technology, this process brought various risks, resulting in numerous gaps in information security and user administration. 

The seminar attracted speakers and experts in information technology and digital transformation.

Recognizing the above problem, Can Tho Department of Science and Technology directed Can Tho Science and Technology Application Center cooperated with Cyber SSI Joint Stock Company to organize a seminar on "Information Security in Digital Transformation”. The seminar aimed to provide solutions to help individuals and businesses understand the data security process through scanning, system vulnerability testing and periodic security assessment. The seminar is also an opportunity to synthesize, acquire, and share knowledge and experience in proactively protecting servers and workstations against network attacks - Ransomware, quickly and accurately detecting existing threats in the infrastructure – Core Network Insight.

The seminar was attended by representative of organizations and leading experts and speakers, such as Ms. Nguyen Thi To Uyen, Director of Can Tho Science and Technology Application Center; Mr. Truong Hoang Phuong, Deputy Director of Can Tho Department of Science and Technology; Mr. Pham Minh Truyen, Director of Tra Vinh Department of Science and Technology; Mr. Phan Van Kien, Director of An Giang Department of Science and Technology; Mr. Doan Quoc Toan, IT Security Specialist; Mr. Bui Vinh Khiem, Technical Director of Cyber SSI Joint Stock Company; Mr. Ngo Quang Tri, representative of Core Security of the US.
