The Finance - Banking Nomination Council of Next Gen CEO 2025 brings together experienced leaders and experts, accompanying the program in searching for and honoring the next generation of CEOs.
On November 10, the Organizing Committee of the Next Gen CEO 2025 program officially announced the Nomination Council for the Finance - Banking Sector, bringing together experts, investment fund directors, bank leaders and outstanding entrepreneurs in the financial sector.
Officially launched on Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day October 13, 2025, Next Gen CEO is a special program to honor New Generation CEOs; connect and resonate values between generations of Vietnamese business leaders; accompany the nation building in the country's rising era.
Next Gen CEOs are proposed by entrepreneurs, Business Associations/Societies; evaluated and led by prestigious experts and top leaders in many fields.
On this journey, the Nomination Council plays an important role:
– Introduce, nominate and guarantee the quality of typical young entrepreneurs who meet the program's criteria.
– Become a bridge between generations of entrepreneurs, spreading knowledge, experience and the spirit of "leading - continuing - resonating values".
– Accompany, encourage and open up development and connection opportunities for the young generation of CEOs in Vietnam.
The Finance - Banking Nomination Council of Next Gen CEO 2025 includes leaders and experts with many years of experience in the fields of finance, banking and investment.
Mr. Vuong Le Vinh Nhan (Eric Vuong) is currently Co-founder and General Director of FUNDGO Creative Startup Investment Fund, Chairman of the Board of Directors of HVA Investment Joint Stock Company and Vice Chairman of Vietnam Digital Asset Alliance.
In many interviews, Mr. Eric Vuong was evaluated by experts and the media as "an experienced expert in the field of Fintech, managing and implementing projects related to online payments and blockchain technology"
With international vision, acumen and innovative thinking, he is making an important contribution to the sustainable development of the digital finance industry and the Vietnamese startup community.
Mr. Pham Duy Hieu is currently the General Director of An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ABBANK). Before being appointed, Mr. Pham Duy Hieu held the position of Deputy General Director, and concurrently held the authority and duties of General Director of ABBank (Acting General Director).
It is known that Mr. Pham Duy Hieu has more than 25 years of experience in the field of finance and banking. During his career, Mr. Hieu has held many key leadership positions at financial and banking institutions, including Vietcombank, VietABank, ABBank, VNDirect Securities Company, Sabeco Fund Management Company, IPA Investment, and Vietnam Science and Technology Startup Fund (SVF).
Ms. Hoang Thi Kim Dung is currently the Country Director of Genesia Ventures Vietnam. Ms. Kim Dung joined the Genesia Ventures investment fund in Tokyo, Japan in April 2019, before returning to Vietnam and establishing the fund's first representative office in Ho Chi Minh City in September 2019.
Currently, as Country Director at Genesia Ventures Vietnam, she is leading investment and supporting product development for 14 startups in Vietnam such as eDoctor, BuyMed, Vietcetera, Fundiin, M Village,...
The Finance - Banking Nomination Council plays a role in introducing and accompanying the Next Gen CEO 2025 program in the process of searching for new generation CEOs and entrepreneurs.
This role also demonstrates the mission of Next Gen CEO 2025, a special program aimed at honoring outstanding new generation CEOs, while connecting and resonating values between generations of Vietnamese business leaders, promoting the spirit of "Leading - Continuing - Resonating values" in the Vietnamese business community.
