Tay Ninh Province Science and Technology Conference and Technology Supply-Demand Connection 2022: Promoting the application of science and technology in production and business

On November 9-10, 2022, the Department of Science and Technology of Tay Ninh province coordinated with the Executive Board - Application of Science and Technology Advances in the Mekong Delta region to organize the 2022 Tay Ninh Province Science and Technology Conference and Technology Supply-Demand Connection. The event took place at Sunrise Hotel (No. 81 Hoang Le Kha, Ward 3, Tay Ninh City, Tay Ninh Province) with the participation of many leaders of provinces and businesses in the Mekong Delta and Southeast regions. 

The 2022 Tay Ninh Province Science and Technology Conference and Technology Supply-Demand Connection was held to deploy and implement tasks and solutions to develop the science and technology market in Tay Ninh Province. At the conference, nearly 20 booths of products and projects in the field of science and technology were displayed with the aim of connecting units to exchange, share, learn from experiences as well as promote cooperation between businesses.

The Run Together technology sports shoe booth was displayed at the conference. 

The event was attended by representatives of departments, agencies and branches such as: Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Deputy Director of the Southern Affairs Department - Ministry of Science and Technology; Mr. Pham The Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Technology Application and Development - Ministry of Science and Technology; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Quyen - Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Tay Ninh province and more than 100 delegates from the provinces of the Mekong Delta and Southeast regions.

At the event, delegates focused on summarizing and reporting on the achievements of science and technology activities and innovation of the Centers for Application of Science and Technology Advances in the Block of Application of Science and Technology Advances in the Mekong Delta region in the period of 2014 - 2022; at the same time, exchanging and sharing experiences as well as proposing solutions to promote the development of science and technology in the region in the coming time. Some outstanding issues include: the effectiveness of implementing science and technology development programs; promoting the application of science and technology in life to grow and develop the economy in a sustainable direction; advantages and difficulties in developing science and technology enterprises in the provinces of the Mekong Delta and the Southeast.

The workshop gathered more than 100 delegates from provinces in the Mekong Delta and Southeast regions. 

The workshop took place in a lively atmosphere for two days with many comments and assessments recorded. In particular, the workshop also included a cooperation signing program between the FUNDGO Creative Startup Investment Fund and the Mekong Delta Science and Technology Application Block; Expara Technology Investment Fund and the Department of Science and Technology of Tay Ninh; Incubator Network in Ho Chi Minh City and the Department of Science and Technology of Tay Ninh province; Green Yellow Investment Fund signed with the Tay Ninh Provincial Business Association and the Tay Ninh Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association.

FUNDGO Creative Startup Investment Fund signed a cooperation agreement with the Mekong Delta Science and Technology Application Block.

At the event, Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong - Director TRUSTpay Joint Stock Company – FUNDGO Fund management unit affirms: “The workshop is an opportunity for individuals and businesses to exchange, share and promote cooperative relationships. The booths displayed at the event are all innovative products, bringing many values to the community. This is an opportunity for projects in the Fund's ecosystem to introduce products as well as share and learn more experiences. On FUNDGO's side, we hope that through the event, the Fund will expand its connections with investors, support and accompany innovative startups. In particular, in the coming time, the Fund will coordinate with units to organize events and activities related to digital transformation and science and technology development.”

The 2022 Tay Ninh Province Science and Technology Conference and Technology Supply-Demand Connection has officially concluded after two days with many exciting and meaningful activities. The success of the conference promises to open up new opportunities and motivate businesses and startups in the Mekong Delta and Southeast regions to research and apply science and technology to production and business.
