Da Nang has just become the center of the semiconductor industry with the Da Nang Semiconductor Day 2024 event taking place on the morning of August 30 at Ariyana International Convention Palace, Ngu Hanh Son district.
The event was attended by more than 500 delegates from central ministries and branches: diplomatic missions; organizations and business associations; enterprises, investors, domestic and foreign educational and training institutions; experts, scientists... With a combination of in-person and online formats, the event created a vibrant forum for parties to exchange, share experiences and seek cooperation opportunities.
Held for the first time in Da Nang, the event marked an important milestone in affirming the city’s position on the semiconductor industry map of Vietnam. With the goal of attracting investment and developing this industry, Da Nang has created an attractive investment environment with many preferential policies.
Especially, the 2024 Da Nang Semiconductor Day takes place in the context that Da Nang is enjoying many preferential policies according to Resolution 136/2024/QH15, creating favorable conditions to attract investment and develop the economy - society.
Representative of FUNDGO Creative Startup Investment Fund, Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong - Director of Fund Management Company, was present at the event to bring cooperation opportunities to start-up projects in the field of semiconductor microchips.
The Da Nang Semiconductor Day 2024 event has affirmed the city's commitment to developing the semiconductor industry. With the cooperation of businesses, investors and management agencies, Da Nang is gradually realizing the goal of becoming an international semiconductor manufacturing and research and development center.
