FundGo attends "Consulting, job introduction and innovative startup festival 2022"

On the morning of July 2, 2022, FundGo Creative Startup Investment Fund attended the "2022 Innovative Startup and Job Introduction Consulting Day" at Can Tho Youth Employment Service Center. The event took place with the participation of about 20 large and reputable enterprises and attracted more than 100 participants.

Can Tho is one of the largest centrally-run cities in the country. In recent times, the recruitment needs of businesses as well as the job search needs of workers in the area have increased. However, a current situation is that the market here is imbalanced between labor supply and demand. According to a survey, in the fourth quarter of 2021 and the first months of 2022, businesses in Can Tho city are seriously short of human resources and are in need of recruiting nearly 22,000 more workers. 

To solve this problem, the Executive Committee of the Can Tho City Youth Union and the Can Tho Youth Employment Service Center coordinated with businesses and units in the area to organize the "2022 Job Consulting, Introduction and Innovative Startup Festival". The festival was attended by leaders at all levels, agencies and departments in the area, including: Mr. Ngo Van Cuong - Secretary of the Central Youth Union Executive Committee, Chairman of the Central Youth Union Inspection Committee; Mr. Tran Viet Truong - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Can Tho City People's Committee; Ms. Tran Thi Vinh Nghi - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc He, City Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Can Tho City People's Committee; Mr. Dam Chi Nghia - City Party Committee Member, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Can Tho City; Mr. Tran Huu - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Central Youth Union's Workers and Urban Affairs Committee; Ms. Lu Thi Ngoc Anh - Member of the Central Youth Union Standing Committee, Secretary of the Can Tho City Youth Union. 

Representatives of leaders at all levels, departments and agencies of Can Tho city attended the festival. 

The festival is held to connect businesses and workers in the city. This activity creates conditions for young people and workers to find job opportunities among reputable businesses. At the same time, businesses participating in the festival can also recruit many potential candidates, promote their image and introduce their products and services. 

In particular, with the goal of targeting young human resources, the festival also helps students studying at schools in the area to be oriented and approach job opportunities sooner and more proactively. In addition, the program can help students get acquainted and approach how to participate in real interviews with employers. At the job fair, candidates will be introduced to an overview of business activities through discussions at booths introducing businesses and recruiting personnel. At the same time, you will also listen to experiences and have all your questions about job opportunities answered as well as learn the necessary skills to meet the needs of employers. The event takes place with many interview sessions, recruitment and many other useful activities organized in parallel.

FundGo participates in the job fair to create conditions for young people and workers to directly approach businesses, create connections in training and job creation for workers in the area. At the conference “Training and equipping knowledge on innovative startups in 2022” within the framework of the festival, Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong - Director of Trustpay Joint Stock Company, the unit managing FundGo Fund, shared useful and practical information. According to Mr. Cong, in the coming time, FundGo will continue to invest in startups, promote the development and training of young people, opening up opportunities for businesses to find quality human resources and employees to work at large and reputable companies and enterprises. 

At the festival, with the desire to build a fast-growing and sustainable innovative startup ecosystem, FundGo has stepped up its search for talent, recruiting candidates to join and develop at units in the Fund's network such as: Delta Labs Technology Joint Stock Company, Madiad Trading and Service Company Limited. 

Madiad and Delta Labs, units of the Fund's network, are consulting and introducing jobs to union members and young people.

In the future, FundGo will actively support, accompany and participate in many activities and events with practical social significance, in order to create more values, contributing to the sustainable development of the region as well as the whole country.
