From September 10 to September 11, the 1st Mekong Delta Young Entrepreneurs Open Tennis Tournament - 2022 was held at the 8-court tennis court cluster at Hau River Park, Cai Khe Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City.
To celebrate the 11th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Can Tho City, Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day (October 13) and Vietnam Women's Day (October 20), the Can Tho Young Entrepreneurs Association has coordinated with the Can Tho Entrepreneurs Tennis Club to organize an open tennis tournament with the support of many units, including the FundGo Creative Startup Investment Fund. The tournament will provide a healthy playground for entrepreneurs, encourage the sports movement, improve health and passion for tennis.
The 1st Mekong Delta Young Entrepreneurs Open Tennis Tournament - 2022 attracted a large number of entrepreneurs to participate in the competition.
The tournament attracted the participation of about 200 athletes from more than 70 businesses in the Mekong Delta and other provinces and cities across the country. Through the competition, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to connect, exchange and learn from each other, contributing to building the image of a united and strong Young Entrepreneurs Association. In addition, the tournament is also an opportunity to promote cooperation and expand relationships between entrepreneurs in the Mekong Delta and the whole country.
The tournament is also an opportunity for businessmen to expand cooperation and link up for mutual development.
Immediately after the opening ceremony on the morning of September 10, the participating athletes were divided into 3 competitions, including Men's Leadership Doubles, Mixed Doubles and Men's Doubles. During the two days of competition, the players brought the audience many dramatic matches. With the spirit of exchange, learning and high determination, the players competed with all their might, bringing many thrilling matches, beautiful and attractive shots. After 2 days of exciting competition, the Organizing Committee selected the individuals with the first, second and third achievements in each competition to award. The prizes for the winners included trophies, souvenir flags and valuable prizes. The gala award ceremony and gratitude to sponsors and partners took place on September 11.
