On the afternoon of November 28, 2025, FUNDGO Da Nang Fund - represented by Mr. Vu Tien Dung, Fund Investment Director - attended the meeting People's Committee of Da Nang City chaired to discuss solutions to strengthen the linkage model "“State – School – Business”" in the new development stage.
At the event, delegates agreed that the “3-house” model is playing a key role in the process of transforming the growth model based on science – technology – innovation – digital transformation.
In particular, the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang emphasized the importance of deeper connections between universities, businesses and management agencies to promote commercialization of research results, develop high-quality human resources and expand innovation space right at educational institutions.
Many presentations from universities, colleges and businesses have proposed more flexible coordination mechanisms:
• Perfecting policies to support research - application - intellectual property;
• Establish a technology exchange to increase supply-demand connection;
• Increase practice time, order practical problems from businesses;
• Expand new technology training and international cooperation programs;
• Build innovation space At each school, operate the incubation - testing - transfer model.
In his speech, he Ho Quang Buu - Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee emphasize: “Schools need to soon have their own space for innovation. This is the most important step for the 03-house model to operate effectively.”
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology to soon complete the database of innovative startups integrating AI consulting, publicize support information and coordinate with parties in implementing the new mechanism. Universities and colleges are required to complete the model of innovative space right in the December 2025 – first quarter of 2026.
The participation of FUNDGO Da Nang at the meeting demonstrated its support for the city in connecting businesses and schools, promoting R&D activities and contributing to perfecting the innovation ecosystem in the Central region.
