On the morning of March 22, 2025, the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of HVA Investment Joint Stock Company (HVA Group) took place successfully, with the participation of the Board of Directors, Board of General Directors, Audit Committee, a large number of company shareholders, and many important guests.
The event marks an important milestone in the development journey of HVA Group, demonstrating the high consensus between shareholders and company leaders in orienting future strategies.
At the Congress, HVA Group summarized its 2024 business results and presented its 2025 development strategy with the theme "Leading the trend of digital asset investment", with special emphasis on expanding investment in the fields of digital technology, blockchain and digital assets.
Many important resolutions were passed at the Congress, notably:
– Transfer stock trading floor from UPCOM to HOSE , Increase transparency, liquidity and attract large investors.
– Cooperate to develop digital asset trading floor in Da Nang, a strategic move in the context of an increasingly strong digital economy.
– Expanding portfolio into information technology, innovation and blockchain, respond to market trends and seize investment opportunities in the digital age.
– Developing multi-channel asset management platform HVA.VN, supporting the optimization of digital asset management and expanding the investment ecosystem.
– Investment cooperation in high-tech projects & commercial real estate, expand operations, diversify investment portfolio to optimize profits and increase corporate value.
HVA Group's strong development orientation in innovative fields not only brings added value to shareholders but also contributes to promoting the development of the digital economy in Vietnam.
