On March 11, FUNDGO Danang Creative Startup Investment Fund and University of Education - University of Danang (UED) had a working session to discuss cooperation opportunities in developing science and technology and supporting student startups.
Attending the meeting, there was Mr. Vu Tien Dung - Fund Investment Director and Deputy Director of FUNDGO Danang Fund Management Company as head of the working delegation. On behalf of the University of Education - UD, there was the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hieu, Vice Rector of the University, along with representatives of departments and organizations.
At the meeting, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Van Hieu welcomed the visit and introduced the outstanding achievements of the University in the field of science and technology. At the same time, he expressed his desire to cooperate with FUNDGO Da Nang to support start-up projects of lecturers and students.
During the meeting, the two units agreed to cooperate in many areas, including producing films about cultural history, coordinating projects related to STEM education, and organizing a Technology Festival to introduce products and practical models from technology businesses around the world.
Representatives of FUNDGO Da Nang also visited the facilities, laboratories and research projects at the school. This is an important first step for the two units to continue cooperation, opening up many development opportunities in the future.
The combination of FUNDGO Da Nang and UED promises to bring many breakthroughs in accompanying and supporting student startups and promoting innovation.
FUNDGO Da Nang Fund, with its mission of incubating and investing long-term in innovative start-up projects, promises to accompany educational institutions to support the young generation in realizing ideas and developing potential projects.
