In the context of the increasingly strong development of startups in Vietnam, access to capital and modern technology is a big challenge for startups. In order to bring effective solutions to these difficulties, the cooperation workshop between FUNDGO Da Nang and POCKET Company Korea hopes to build a sustainable startup ecosystem in Vietnam.
On the morning of November 12, 2024, FUNDGO Da Nang Fund welcomed and worked with the POCKET Company delegation from Korea in a workshop with the theme: "Promoting startups and creative investment between FUNDGO Da Nang Fund (Vietnam) and POCKET Company (Korea)", opening up positive cooperation prospects between the two units.
POCKET Company, founded in 2016 in Seoul, South Korea, operates in the field of startup support with financial services, marketing, product development, and in-depth technology consulting. This business provides comprehensive solutions from product consulting, design, to mobile application and website development.
The workshop attracted the attention of many units including: Danang Innovation Center, Danang University of Technology, Vietnam - Korea University, Danang University of Economics, Danang University of Technology, with the participation of startups in Danang and startups participating online such as Hanagold, Run Together, Vfilms, Giftcards...
This is also an opportunity for all parties to share knowledge, experience and create new cooperation opportunities, thereby promoting the sustainable development of the startup community in Vietnam.
In particular, within the framework of the workshop, FUNDGO Da Nang Fund and POCKET Company officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for strategic cooperation, creating a foundation for accessing investment capital, expanding international connections and supporting growth for Vietnamese startups. Attending the signing ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong - General Director of FUNDGO Fund Management Company and Mr. Kyujin Cheong, CEO & Founder of Pocket Company, marking an important step in the development journey of the Vietnamese startup community.
The cooperation between FUNDGO Da Nang and POCKET Company not only brings great opportunities to the startup community but also hopes to promote Vietnam to become an attractive destination for international investors.
