With over 15 years of experience in investment and business development, Mr. Le Hoa Nha believes that the driving force for sustainable local growth must begin with the strength of the business community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The key priorities include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Proposing mechanisms to support small and medium-sized enterprises in accessing capital, technology, and markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    One of the city's major concerns is the migration of highly qualified young professionals to major urban centers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Besides economic development, the action plan also emphasizes the role of monitoring, questioning, and proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of policy implementation. All socio-economic development programs need to be implemented transparently, with measurable results and delivering tangible value to the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Mr. Le Hoa Nha clearly affirmed his commitment: anything within his authority will be done thoroughly; anything beyond his authority will be addressed with proper recommendations; and all actions will prioritize the common good of the city and its people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
