On February 2nd, 2026, at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking (HUB), leaders of the FUNDGO Innovation and Startup Investment Fund attended the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in implementing a Blockchain and digital asset training program between the Vietnam Digital Asset Alliance (DAVN) \u2013 represented by the Digital Asset Management Center \u2013 and the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking. This event marks a significant step in the strategy of integrating digital assets and Blockchain technology into formal education, closely linking academia with practical implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony was attended by key leaders of the FUNDGO Innovation Startup Investment Fund, who also hold important roles in the Vietnam Digital Asset Alliance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Representing the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking at the ceremony was Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung \u2013 the Rector of the University. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Vietnam Digital Asset Alliance participated in the signing through its legal representative, the Digital Asset Management Center, with Mr. Phan Minh Dat \u2013 Director of the Center \u2013 as the signatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Scope of cooperation and implementation direction of the Blockchain training program.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Based on leveraging the strengths of each unit, the Vietnam Digital Asset Alliance, the Digital Asset Management Center, and the University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City have agreed to collaborate in developing and operating in-depth training programs on Blockchain technology and digital assets for students and learners in need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the cooperation agreement, the Center for Digital Asset Management acts as a professional sponsor, providing the training framework, expert team, and technological infrastructure for teaching. The University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City is the unit directly implementing the training, organizing teaching, operating classes, and developing the program in accordance with legal regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
The role of Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking in implementing training programs.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking is responsible for developing the detailed training program based on the basic curriculum framework, and also for compiling teaching materials, lecture slides, and case study modules to support training activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The school sends lecturers to participate in intensive training and workshops organized by the Center for Digital Asset Management, and then directly teaches students and trainees after they meet the appropriate certification requirements. The school implements class organization, facilities, student recruitment, training counseling, and program operation in accordance with current regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DNEX Simulation \u2013 the core practice platform in Blockchain training.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
DNEX Simulation, a platform for simulating digital asset trading and operation developed by HVA Group and the Vietnam Digital Asset Alliance, is integrated throughout the training program. Through this simulation environment, students have the opportunity to access the practical operation of the digital asset market in a controlled space, in accordance with training requirements and academic standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Integrating DNEX Simulation into the curriculum helps bridge the gap between theory and practice, while enhancing students' ability to apply Blockchain technology and digital assets right from the training stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Strategic implications for FUNDGO and the digital asset training ecosystem.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The signing ceremony between the Vietnam Digital Asset Alliance \u2013 represented by the Digital Asset Management Center \u2013 and the University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City further affirms its role in building technological infrastructure, standardizing training, and developing human resources in Blockchain and digital assets in Vietnam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
