Recruitment: UX/UI Designer

FundGo Creative Startup Investment Fund is recruiting UX/UI for Delta Labs Technology Joint Stock Company

Job Description:

• UX/UI design for different platforms such as website, mobile app;
• Communicate directly with project manager and related teams: Dev, Marketing, Sales, etc. to provide wireframes and prototypes before finalization (regarding frames, buttons, tabs, text color, banners, title backgrounds, etc.);
• Research to improve and enhance user experience during product development stages;
• Research, analyze and build templates (homepage, product page, landing page) for customers using mobile app/website;
• Research and update UX design trends in the technology field;
• Test and select, optimize interface when necessary;
• Proceed to build the UX version of the website through specific software;
• Research the audience, analyze, evaluate and build user journeys, experiences and scenarios during application usage;
• Communicate design ideas and present prototypes to superiors and team members;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors/Management.

Job requirements:

• Graduated from College/University majoring in Information Technology, Graphic Design, or related majors;
• At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design for websites, mobile apps, etc.;
• Proficient in design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premier, Sketch, XD, etc.; understanding of Figma is an advantage;
• Good English reading comprehension skills;
• Understanding of UI design standards;
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Javascript, Jquery is an advantage;
• Good independent and teamwork skills, high sense of responsibility in work;
• Good logical thinking, agile, grasp problems quickly and carefully;
• Ability to multi-task, open-minded and willing to learn;
• Have understanding of User Research, user experience, customer journey;
• Good artistic ability, dynamic, creative, rich in ideas, has logical creative thinking and is always proactive in work;
• Have goals, ambitions, passion, enthusiasm in work.
