Run Together Successfully Organized the 2023 Investor Conference

Can Tho – April 1, 2023, Run Together Sports Technology Joint Stock Company successfully held the 2023 Annual Investor Meeting.

The program took place live at FUNDGO TOWER hall and was livestreamed on Run Together's fanpage.

RUN TOGETHER IN 2022: LAUNCHING WITH A GOOD START

Overall assessment of 2022, although it has only been launched for a few months, the Company has achieved a number of outstanding achievements. The most notable of which is that Run Together has been officially awarded the Science and Technology Enterprise certificate with 2 products: Run Together running shoes with NFC chip and Run Together mobile application. In addition, Run Together has also started construction of a shoe factory in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City and launched 4 lines of sports shoes and 2 lines of socks.

In addition, the company also participates in many domestic and international activities such as Techfest Vietnam 2022, Techfest Mekong 2022, Festi Verse Thailand 2022, Cambodia Import-Export Products Exhibition 2022 and many other grassroots running competitions.

During the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong - General Director of Run Together also shared about the outstanding figures achieved by Run Together in the past year such as more than 50,000 registrations for the Run Together application, of which there are more than 4,000 daily users, each person spends an average of 1.2 hours running a day. To achieve that number, Run Together has also built a community of more than 210,000 members who love running on social networking platforms.

The picture of Run Together in 2022 is not only built from the efforts of the staff and partners, but also gained the trust and companionship of Investors. Although it is a new Startup, in the past year, Run Together has gradually moved towards stability and closer connection between levels, preparing the foundation to implement new operational plans in the following year.

RUN TOGETHER IN 2023: GROWING AND AIMING FOR SUSTAINABLE LONG-TERM RESULTS

In 2023, Run Together's core goal is to continue to promote organizational stability in a new direction, build and prepare resources for long-term development goals, not compete for superficial growth. Therefore, specifically for 2023, the Company sets a net revenue target of 23 billion VND, of which the retail channel accounts for 30% and the dealer channel accounts for 70% of revenue. With that revenue target, Run Together's development plan is to launch 6 to 8 new shoe models in the period from April to August this year, all shoe models will be registered for commercial copyright. By the end of the year, 10 showrooms will be launched in major cities across the country. In October, the company will start construction of Run Together's smart factory in Can Tho.

In particular, in 2023, Run Together also aims to organize Race Together races of different scales both online and offline. In addition, within the framework of this meeting, Run Together also introduced the new NFT Metaboss, suitable for business owners who have little time to exercise and want to integrate Run Together into their business system.
